Fall Semester 

  • Sep 18, 2024 by 17:30: CPs must fill the online team information form. Students with no group or groups of less than seven students will inform the TAs via the course email. You should add the IE Restricted Elective courses you are taking this semester as well as the ones you took before.
  • Sep 18, 2024 by 17:30: Students must fill and sign the “Disclosure of Internship and Part-time Work Form”.
  • Sep 25, 2024 by 17:30: CPs must send a weekly time schedule that shows the time slots of the university (from 08:30 to 22:00), and for each time slot, the number of group members that are available. Note that internships, part-time jobs and other social activities are not counted as a reason for being busy.
  • Sep 25, 2024 by 17:30: CPs must submit the project preferences list.
  • Sep 25, 2024 by 17:30: CPs must submit a cover letter outlining their group’s strengths and weaknesses and why they are a good fit for the project they wanted the most. This letter should be submitted along with the project preferences list.

Project Proposal Report

  • Draft Due: 14 days after your Kick-off meeting (including Saturdays and Sundays – this means the due date might be a Saturday or a Sunday).
  • Project Proposal Report Due: 28 days after your Kick-off meeting (including Saturdays and Sundays – this means the due date might be a Saturday or a Sunday).
  • Report Submission Guideline:
    • Draft Submission: Zip your latex and auxiliary files (.tex, .cls, .bib, figures) needed to successfully create your report. Go to https://hoboken.ie.bilkent.edu.tr:3939/ie47x/reports/draft/. Make sure that your submission follows the rules stated on the website. Then hit “Create report” button.
      • If you see “Latexing report.tex: successful” message, then download PDF from the provided link and check if the report looks as you expected. If so, send this link to the people who should receive your report draft.
      • If you do not see “Latexing report.tex: successful” message, then read the error messages, make corrections, and resubmit.
    • Final Version Submission: Zip your latex and auxiliary files (.tex, .cls, .bib, figures) needed to successfully create your report. Go to https://hoboken.ie.bilkent.edu.tr:3939/ie47x/reports/final/. Make sure that your submission follows the rules stated on the website. Then hit “Create report” button.

    • Draft with Feedback Submission: CPs will be sent a link to upload the PDF of the draft with feedback from AA and BW (BW is optional). Do NOT submit the final version of your proposal report to this link!
